Automatic Roll Up Bug Barrier~

Automatic Operation ~
In-tube motor is reated at 4 amps, single phase 120v. Constant contact switch activates motor. Door speed is approximately 12" per second.

Maximum 16' wide and 14' high

Minimum width~ 40"

Doors between 40" wide and 14' high recieve 2" Snaptite tracks with Gateway tracks with Gateway's unique patented windbars. Windbars are made of wood wrapped in galvanized steel that remains flexible enough to pop out in case of impact or excessive wind. Head room required is 8".

Doors greater than 11' wide recieve 4" Snaptite tracks with wind stabilizer bars. Wind stabilizer bars are used for larger door openings to maintain greater strength and dependability. Features Aluminum bottom profile bar with cushioned edge and a bottom draft seal for positive floor contact. Breakaway feature is used in the bottom profile bar to help prevent damage to the door by accidental impact. Head room required is 18".

MOUNTING OPTIONS ~
Header Mount, Face of Wall, Stand-Off Bracket Mount. Unit width is critical on all header mount doors. All Bug Barriers® are manufactured to + or - 1/8” tolerance.

Screen ~
Standard green colors - other colors available. 17” x 11” high strength, vinyl coated polyester weave screen material. Windbars are reinforced in yellow safety yellow.

RESET SYSTEM~
Interlocking brush seal is incorporated at the top of the Snaptite tracks causing a reset system. Should the door be forced out of the tracks by accidental impact the door is designed to reset back into the guides.

WEATHERSTRIPPING ~
Grey weatherstripping is angled to provide a tighter seal preventing bugs and insects easy access or entry.

Optional ~
Track sides are interchangeable to create 2" or 4" deep guides.
