Extra Wide Bug Barrier Automatic Doors ~

SCREEN ~
Standard green colors - other colors available. 17” x 11” high strength, vinyl coated polyester (10 ounce) weave screen material.

TRACKS ~
Heavy duty galvanized steel guide tracks with 4” low profile projection. Header mount will take up 4” of side room on each side. Wall mount will take 6” of side room on each side. (4” for tracks and 2” for the wall mount brackets)

HEAD ROOM ~
16” would be used for header mount application. 18” is needed above the door opening for wall mount application.

STANDARD EXTRA WIDE FEATURES

MOUNTING OPTIONS ~
Maximum door size for wall mount application is 15’ wide x 16’ high. Unit width is critical on all header mount doors. All Bug Barriers® are manufactured to + or - 1/8” tolerance.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

Electrical tubular motor is rated at 4amps, single phase 120v. Door speed is 12 inches per second up and down. (This design not recommended for high cycle use.) Unit is equipped with one constant contact rockers switch activation.

BREAKAWAY FEATURE

Breakaway feature is used in the bottom profile bar to help prevent damage to the door by incidental impact.

ALUMINUM BOTTOM BAR ~
Aluminum Bottom Bar with cushioned edge. Featuring a bottom draft seal for positive floor contact.

Extra Wide Bug Barrier Manual Doors ~

Tracks ~
Doors 10' and under will receive 2" wide and 2" deep galvanized steel tracks Header mount will take up 2" of side room on each side. Wall mount will take up 6" of side room on each side.(2" for tracks, 2" for the wall mount brackets and 2" for pvc guides.)

Head Room ~
6" to 7" will be used for header mount application. 8" is needed above the door opening for wall mount application.
