MOUNTING OPTIONS ~
Header mount. Face of Wall Mount. Stand off Bracket
SCREEN ~
Standard green color - other colors available. 17” x 11” high strength, vinyl coated polyester (10 ounce) weave screen material.
TRACKS ~
2” wide and 2” deep galvanized steel. Header mount will take up 2” of side room on each side. Wall mount will take up 6” of side room on each side. (2” for tracks, 2” for the wall mount brackets and 2” for PVC guides.)
HEAD ROOM ~
6” to 7” will be used for header mount application. 8” is needed above the door opening for wall mount application.
BREAKAWAY FEATURE ~
Unique patented windbars are made of wood wrapped with metal that remains flexible enough to pop out in case of impact.
OPTIONAL ~
Fiberglass windbars are available for doors that require added stability. Windbar pockets are reinforced in safety vinyl.
MANUAL OPERATION ~ Maximum size is 10’ wide x 10’6” high. Minimum width is 54” wide. Spring loaded roll tube operates manual Bug Barrier® doors.
CHAIN FALL OPERATION ~
Ability to lift door without spring assistance or a motor.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION ~
Standard unit maximum size is 10’ wide x 14’ high. (see Extra Wide Bug Barrier for larger sizes) Electrical tubular motor is rated at 4 amps, single phase 120v. Door speed is 12” per second. Comes standard with constant contact switch.
